Innovate Montana Symposium 2016
July 13-14, 2016
Billings, MT
The Innovate Montana Symposium, an annual event, focuses on highlighting change and innovation in Montana’s small business climate. The symposium is a forum to connect Montana business owners and entrepreneurs with community leaders to determine how businesses can successfully engage their communities. Governor Steve Bullock will be hosting this year’s symposium and will be delivering a keynote to start off the proceedings.
Rivertop’s own Tyler Smith will be speaking at the symposium. He is slated for the ‘Technology Transfer’ breakout session that will be taking place on July 15th at 10:45am. The panel will be addressing how to make university and government research accessible to a wide range of users in order to commercialize and advance innovations-a very appropriate topic since Rivertop was started with research conducted at the University of Montana by Don Kiely.
